The fee is currently capped at $6,000. Sam Silverman will attempt to win your case as fast as possible. Sam Silverman will also advance all costs to win your case. Sam Silverman will only ask you to reimburse him for costs related to obtaining all of your relevant medical records, and paying doctors to provide opinions in support of your case.
Though Sam Silverman is extremely successful with regard to helping claimants collect the benefits they deserve, he only requests that his clients reimburse him for the medical costs related to their cases, if they actually win their case and collect benefits. Sam Silverman understands that people cannot afford to reimburse him for his out of pocket expenses unless they win their case. Sam Silverman is always willing to work with his clients to make sure they are satisfied and properly taken care of.
