Fees for the Services Provided by a Social Security Benefits Lawyer

Pursuant to Federal Law, an Attorney can be paid 25% of back pay benefits as an attorney fee related to Social Security Disability and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Benefits. The fee is currently capped at $7200 (but the cap will be raised by the government to $9200 in the year 2024. After 2024, the government will apply a yearly Cost of Living Adjustment to attorney fees).
